I am a naturalist, a mother of two, and a lifelong athlete who believes nature is our most powerful tool for healing. My practice is rooted in the resilience I developed as an NCAA rower for the University of Miami and as a member of the Junior Canadian National Team.

With over 20 years of experience, my professional journey includes:

  • 10 years as a Mental Health and Wellness Recreation Counsellor in youth detox.

  • 7 years as a District School Counsellor for the BC Ministry of Education.

  • 4 years as a classroom and Indigenous Education Teacher.

Today, I live out my philosophy through forest hikes, mountain biking, and exploring quiet beaches with my family. I am dedicated to helping others find grounding by using the outdoors as a space to adventure, foster rhythm, health, joy, and lasting wellness.

We acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. We are committed to supporting Indigenous Peoples in revitalizing their traditions and connection with the land.
