Nature Therapy

Nature-based therapy (NBT) incorporates your relationship with the natural world into various counselling interventions. Nature is used as a metaphor to self-reflect, explore, and enhance self-awareness and healing. Practices include: mindfulness, sensory awareness, focus on belonging, and a somatic sensory attention on the body that is restorative and regulating.
