Note: In accordance with standard professional practice, a "counselling hour" includes 50 minutes of direct session time and 10 minutes for clinical case management.

Payments are accepted via cash or e-transfer to:
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window will be subject to a $50 fee.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for clinical counselling. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits and coverage limits.
